I'm more than 'Kanye's ex' and 'Wiz Khalifa's baby mama' :Amber Rose

Amber Rose may have been excited to get a splashy profile (complete with risqué photoshoot) in GQ, but she's not too happy about it anymore.
The star posted a picture to Instagram of the top of the profile, which was posted online Wednesday, and completely slammed the magazine for it. Why was she so upset? She objected strongly to being referred to as "Kanye's infamous ex" and "Wiz Khalifa's
baby mama." Here's what GQ said:
"Amber Rose wrote the book on it. No, seriously: Kanye’s infamous ex, Wiz Khalifa’s baby mama, America’s toughest bald babe since Sigourney Weaver in Alien 3, is about to publish a book of life lessons called How to Be a Bad Bitch. Like Amber herself, it’s all heart. Unlike Amber, it’s not that thick! The teen stripper turned megalomaniac muse spoke to Carrie Battan about her beautiful dark twisted journey to the top."
And here's what Rose wrote:
"Really @gq??? I'm so much more then Kanye's Ex or Wiz's baby's mama. Damn, why the (expletive) did u guys reach out to me for this article and photoshoot? To dumb me down? I talked about feminism and my Slutwalk... Wtf nice title smh I expected so much more from u guys and I'm so disappointed. I was so excited to be featured in GQ not realizing I was shooting for a tabloid. My slutwalk was for ignorant (expletive) like this. Oh "Her beautiful dark twisted journey to the top"? Nice pun. Negative af. Thx for nothing."
Rose also seemed to object to her stripper past being referred to at the top of the story. She later posted another photo on her Instagram comparing the treatment of herself in the magazine to another former stripper: Channing Tatum.

In the profile itself, Rose talked about the fact that to many people she is just Kanye's ex, and how she uses that to try to reframe discussions about female sexuality. She described a recent college lecture she gave, saying she felt that before the students got there they were thinking,"Why would I go listen to Amber talk? She’s only famous because she (had sex with) Kanye ... who the (expletive) wants to listen to her?"
But that sort of thinking does lead into what she is trying to get young men to talk about. She continued:
“It’s a fair point. I get it. But now that you’re here, we’re gonna really talk about slut shaming. I really want you guys to sit down and think about the act that your mother had to do with your father in order to have you. Really, fully understand that your mother is a sexual being. Is she a ho?”
She also talked about how difficult it is to navigate the world of sexuality as a woman:
“As a woman, it’s like … (expletive)! You have to act like a nun for a guy to respect you. And even if you do wait to have sex and you’re very comfortable and you do exactly what you want to do in that moment, you have to be very careful because you don’t want to be looked at as a ho. How do you win? You do exactly what you want to do. And if it doesn’t work out, then he’s just not meant for you. ... I’ve been slut shamed by both of my exes, you know?”
