Mark wrote,
The year 2024 began like every other year, but I had no idea how much it would test me, how much it would break me, yet ultimately reshape me. It was the year I lost everything.
The weight of the financial loss was overwhelming, causing him to contemplate suicide during his darkest moments. However, he credited his survival to God’s mercy and the unwavering support of key individuals in his life. He expressed gratitude to his family, close friends, and even his ex-wife for standing by him.
Among those who supported him were his friend Blessing, who became like family, his pastor and his wife, and his children, Victoria, Mila, and Schoolboy. Mark also highlighted the unexpected kindness of his ex-wife Mandy and the loyalty of his social media assistant, Bright.
Beyond the financial crisis, Mark faced a career-threatening scandal that further tested his resilience. The ordeal helped him uncover fake friends and hidden enemies in his circle, which he described as a painful but necessary revelation.
Mark concluded his post with a message of hope and gratitude:
