“I can’t get on with my life if I don’t come here and explain to you a little of the things that have been happening in my life for a while now,” she said.
Carol, 31, who is already a mother to three children—Maria Eduarda (7), Enrico (5), and Marina (2)—had been overjoyed to be expecting again. However, during a second medical check-up in France, she received the heartbreaking news that the baby no longer had a heartbeat.
“I woke up happy because it was the day I was going to listen to the heart. And I got there, and there was no heartbeat. My baby had turned into a little angel,” she shared.
