Diddy Faces Another Sexual Assault Lawsuit Amid Mounting Legal Battles

Just as Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs secures small victories in his ongoing sex trafficking and racketeering case, another lawsuit has surfaced, further complicating his legal troubles.

A new accuser, Joseph Manzaro, has filed a lawsuit in Florida, alleging that Diddy raped and sexually assaulted him at a party in April 2015. The lawsuit also implicates several high-profile U.S. celebrities as potential witnesses, including Jay-Z, Beyoncé, and LeBron James.

Serious Allegations and Star-Studded Accusations

According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Manzaro accuses Diddy of:

Sexual assault and rape, claiming the disgraced music mogul “directly penetrated acts of sexual violence” toward him.

Forcing him to wear a penis mask at a ‘Freak-Off’ party hosted by Diddy.

Drugging and trafficking him to Star Island, Miami, where he was allegedly taken to a mansion owned by Emilio and Gloria Estefan.

• Seeing LeBron James “walking around in a bath towel” during the event.

• Spotting Jay-Z and Beyoncé in a party room when he partially regained consciousness.

The lawsuit further claims that ex-porn star Adria English—a former go-go dancer at Diddy’s parties—led Manzaro through a secret tunnel to Combs’ mansion.

Celebrities Deny Involvement

As the lawsuit made headlines, multiple celebrities named in the allegations have spoken out, denying any connection to the alleged events.

Jay-Z’s Attorney Responds

Jay-Z’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, shut down the claims, pointing out that the rapper was in New York City on April 1, 2015, attending the Tidal streaming service launch.

“Mr. Carter wasn’t in Florida at that time. This is more nonsense that erodes the trust in our ‘justice’ system.”

LeBron James’ Spokesperson Calls Allegations ‘Demonstrably False’

LeBron’s camp also dismissed the claims, stating:

“LeBron was playing for the Cleveland Cavaliers throughout April 2015 and never in Miami.”

Gloria & Emilio Estefan’s Rep Strongly Denies Claims

The Estefans’ representative clarified that the property mentioned in the lawsuit was not their primary residence and that no parties were held there between 2012 and 2019.

Diddy’s Legal Team Calls Lawsuit ‘Depraved’

Diddy’s legal representatives have vehemently denied the claims, calling the lawsuit a desperate attempt for headlines.

“No sane person reading this complaint could credit this story. Mr. Combs looks forward to exposing these lies in court.”

Brendan Paul’s Attorney Mocks the Claims

Brendan Paul, allegedly Diddy’s drug mule, has also denied involvement. His lawyer Brian Bieberdismissed the lawsuit as an “April Fool’s joke,” insisting the allegations were “literally impossible.”

What’s Next for Diddy?

Despite mounting lawsuits, Diddy remains in federal custody in Brooklyn as investigations continue. While multiple celebrities have distanced themselves from the allegations, the lawsuit adds more fire to an already explosive legal saga surrounding the once-powerful music mogul.

Will this be another dismissed case, or does it signal deeper trouble for Diddy? The legal battle is far from over.
