“Leave Me TF Alone!” — Ayra Starr Slams Cyberbullies in Fiery X Post

Nigerian Afrobeats sensation Ayra Starr has had enough of the constant trolling and online harassment, and she’s not keeping quiet about it.

The Sability hitmaker took to her official X (formerly Twitter) page to vent her frustration over what she described as deliberate bullying and misrepresentation by some online users. In her candid post, the Grammy-nominated star called out those who have seemingly made her their scapegoat for no reason.

“There’s nothing I can do nor say to people that intentionally want to bully and misunderstand me every time. You’ve found a scapegoat abi? Focus on issues that actually matter and leave me tf alone,” she wrote.

The message struck a chord with fans, with many rallying behind the singer for standing her ground and protecting her peace.

Not Her First Rodeo

This isn’t the first time Ayra has addressed the harshness of social media. In a recent appearance on the popular I Said What I Said podcast, she revealed how she’s learning to manage negativity and protect her mental space.

“I read stuff and I see stuff, and if it’s bad, I just let them be. I feel like I’m in my ‘let them be’ era and stage. But if it’s stupid, I just block,” she said during the interview.

Ayra Starr: Unbothered, But Not Silent

At just 21, Ayra Starr has already achieved what many only dream of — including international awards, global chart entries, and a growing fan base across continents. But with the spotlight also comes online pressure and unsolicited criticism.

Ayra’s response sends a clear message: being a star doesn’t mean being silent.

She’s choosing to speak up, stand firm, and block the noise — literally and figuratively.

As Ayra Starr continues to rise on the global stage, one thing is clear: she’s not here for the drama — just the music, the vibes, and her peace of mind.
