Ariana Madix isn’t just bringing the heat to Love Island USA—she’s bringing full-on glam, discipline, and a little red wine too!
The 40-year-old reality TV darling and Vanderpump Rules alum has been keeping fans hooked since taking over hosting duties in 2024. Now in Fiji for another sizzling season, Ariana is opening up about the real effort that goes into looking island-fabulous on screen.
In a fun chat with E! News, Ariana got real about how she keeps her body snatched and her energy high while navigating the drama-filled villa.
“I am in the gym all the time—unless I’m in the villa. Depending on what time I go in, I may or may not hit the gym. But honestly, the gym is very important,” she said. “I’m working out, drinking lots of water…”
But don’t get it twisted—this bombshell isn’t about strict, joyless fitness life. Ariana makes room for a little fun too.
“I’m going to have some wine here and there,” she laughed. “But I do try to keep things protein-heavy.”
When it comes to her wardrobe? Total slay. Fans can’t stop buzzing over Ariana’s jaw-dropping outfits on the show, and she’s not doing it alone.
“It’s a team effort,” Ariana revealed. “I definitely have a lot of input, but I work closely with my stylist, Emily Men. We do fittings before I leave for Fiji, and we’re always sharing inspo back and forth. Emily just finds the most amazing pieces!”
And yes, Ariana loves her job. Hosting Love Island USA is a dream come true.
“I’m so excited to be back,” she gushed in a previous interview with Parade. “I just love the show! Last season was incredible, and I’m thrilled to be a part of it again. It’s honestly my favorite thing.”
Still, being the face of the show isn’t all glam and gossip. Ariana has to stay neutral, no matter how spicy the villa drama gets.
“I’ve learned that I really empathize with the contestants,” she admitted. “But as the host, I have to remain unbiased. I watch everything behind the scenes, and it’s tough to keep my personal thoughts out of it—but that’s part of the job!”
