Estranged husband fires back as explosive court documents surface
Aaron Phypers has broken his silence following serious abuse allegations made by his estranged wife, Denise Richards, claiming her accusations are completely false and fabricated.
The 52-year-old actor — who recently split from the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star — is accused of repeated physical violence, emotional abuse, and threats during their marriage. Denise, 53, outlined her claims in newly surfaced court documents that accompanied her request for a restraining order.
However, Aaron has firmly denied the allegations in a statement to Us Weekly, saying:
“Not true. Conjured up. I have the real evidence.”
Disturbing Details from Denise’s Statement
In the court filings, Denise described a deeply troubling pattern of alleged physical and emotional abuse. She claimed:
• Aaron choked, slapped, and slammed her head into a towel rack.
• He allegedly used threats, including saying he would kill her, and placed his knee on her back while pinning her down.
• She also claimed he caused her at least three concussions and that he spied on her by hacking into her devices and placing hidden recording devices.
“Aaron regularly threatened to ‘break my jaw’ and would cry, beg me to stay, and promise to get help — none of which ever happened,” Denise stated.
Denise was granted a temporary restraining order, and more legal proceedings are expected as the case develops.
Alleged Incident Before Divorce Filing
Denise’s declaration detailed a particularly violent episode on July 4, just days before Aaron filed for divorce. She claimed:
• Aaron got within “two inches of her face” and screamed vulgar insults.
• The next day, he allegedly slapped the bill of her hat, dragged her down the stairs, and stole her laptop to access private messages.
• He reportedly told her she would “disappear” if she called the police.
A Legal Battle Ahead
While Aaron insists the accusations are baseless and that he has “real evidence” to support his side, Denise’s sworn testimony paints a picture of ongoing violence and psychological torment.
Neither Aaron nor his legal team have yet provided further details or evidence to counter Denise’s claims publicly, but with a restraining order already in place and the divorce now underway, this case is expected to head to court in the coming weeks.
Denise has not made any additional public statements since filing the documents, but her legal filings suggest she is preparing to fight this battle vigorously.
