Latin GRAMMY Premiere 2025 Kicks Off Tonight: Winners Announced Before Main Telecast

The biggest night in Latin music is officially underway in Las Vegas as the 26th Annual Latin Grammy Awards kick off this evening, Thursday, November 13, 2025. The initial “countdown show” formally known as the Latin GRAMMY Premiere has begun the proceedings, where the majority of the 56 competitive awards are handed out before the main telecast. The event, streamed live from the Mandalay Bay South Convention Center, sets the tone for an evening where Latin music’s most diverse genres take center stage.

The Latin GRAMMY Premiere 2025 is crucial because it honors the specialized categories that extend beyond the main broadcast, including awards for Rock, Flamenco, Hip-Hop, and specialized Regional Mexican music. The event ensures recognition for every corner of Latin music, allowing winners a moment in the spotlight. While the Premiere is happening now, the main awards ceremony, hosted by Maluma and the returning Roselyn Sánchez, will broadcast live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena at 8:00 p.m. ET.

All eyes tonight are on Puerto Rican superstar Bad Bunny, who enters the ceremony leading the nominations with a staggering 12 nods. He is closely followed by Argentine hip-hop duo CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso and producer Édgar Barrera, both tied with 10 nominations. Fans are tuning into the Latin GRAMMY Premiere 2025 to see if their favorites can secure early wins before the major categories like Album and Record of the Year are announced later tonight.

The main telecast promises a star-studded lineup of performances, including sets from Bad Bunny, Karol G, Fuerza Regida, Gloria Estefan, and a special tribute to the 2025 Person of the Year, Raphael. The Latin GRAMMY Premiere 2025 has successfully launched the evening’s celebration, highlighting the depth and richness of Latin music before the global spectacle begins.
