Global icon and entrepreneur Rihanna has made history by becoming the first Black woman to build two separate businesses valued at over a billion dollars.
Her two major ventures Fenty Beauty (launched in 2017) and the lingerie brand Savage X Fenty (launched in 2018) have reached a combined valuation of over $3 billion. Fenty Beauty, co-owned with LVMH, reached an estimated valuation of $2.8 billion, while Savage X Fenty, known for its focus on inclusivity, reached a valuation of $1 billion in 2021.
This achievement solidifies her status as the richest female musician in the world and a disruptive force in both the beauty and fashion industries.
