New Partnership: Arsenal Announces Massive Sponsorship Deal with Deel

Arsenal has confirmed a massive new multi-year partnership with Deel, the global payroll and HR platform. The agreement designates the rapidly growing American software company, currently valued at $17.3 billion, as the club’s Official HR Platform Partner. This deal marks Deel’s first major venture into global sports and represents a significant commercial boost for the North London club.

Under the terms of the agreement, Arsenal will utilize Deel’s platform to streamline the management of its workforce and operations. The partnership includes prominent Deel branding across the Emirates Stadium and all digital channels, providing visibility at home fixtures for the Premier League, Women’s Super League, and both domestic cups. The club’s Chief Commercial Officer, Juliet Slot, noted that Deel’s “global platform matches the scale of our ambition.”

While the official announcement confirms the HR role, multiple reports indicate that Deel is also set to take over Arsenal’s controversial shirt-sleeve sponsorship. The $17.3 billion company will reportedly replace Visit Rwanda from the start of the 2026/27 season, concluding an eight-year partnership that faced consistent fan scrutiny. The new sleeve deal is expected to deliver a substantial commercial uplift for the Gunners.

The Arsenal Deel Sponsorship places the club at the forefront of the technology and global employment space. By securing a partnership with a company valued in the tens of billions, Arsenal is continuing its aggressive commercial strategy to generate the revenue necessary to compete for major trophies.
