Big Brother Naija season 9 runner-up, Wanni, recently shared why she considers herself a winner despite not claiming the grand prize. Wanni revealed that her main goals for joining the show were fully achieved, making her feel victorious.
Wanni and her twin sister, Handi, initially entered the competition as a pair. However, after the pairing system was dropped, Handi was evicted, while Wanni continued to play solo. She made it to the finale and finished as the runner-up, with Kellyrae emerging as the winner.
“For me, I feel like I won the show,” Wanni explained.
I joined Big Brother Naija for three key reasons: to promote my brand, experience personal growth, and build meaningful friendships. I accomplished all of that, so in my mind, I won.
Her perspective highlights that success in the show goes beyond winning the prize, focusing on growth and lasting relationships.
