Global K-pop powerhouse BLACKPINK is officially entering the final phase of preparations for their long-awaited full group comeback. The group’s agency, YG Entertainment, confirmed the exciting news, stating that the quartet is set to begin filming the music video for their new song this week. This activity signals that the end of their hiatus from a major group release is finally in sight.


The agency reassured fans, known as BLINKs, that the new album is in the “final stage of completion,” with both the members and staff dedicated to ensuring the highest musical quality. This highly anticipated project will be their first major full-length group release since their second album, Born Pink, which was released in 2022.


While an exact release date remains unconfirmed, with some media speculation pointing toward late 2025, the start of the music video shoot typically places a comeback within a few weeks to a couple of months. The group comprised of Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa is balancing this final preparation with their ongoing ‘Deadline’ World Tour.
