Justin Dior Combs, the 30-year-old son of music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, has reportedly been blacklisted from renting luxury homes in Los Angeles due to allegations of hosting wild parties that left properties in disarray.
According to an LA-based luxury real estate broker speaking to the New York Post, Justin often misrepresented his party plans, claiming to host small gatherings but inviting far more guests than agreed upon. “He would say, ‘I’m having 20 people over,’ but there would be 200, and they would wreck the house,” the source claimed.
The situation has reportedly escalated to the point where property owners and rental companies are refusing to work with him.
Legal Issues Persist
Justin has also faced legal troubles beyond his alleged party antics. Recently, InTouch reported that Porsche Leasing LTD filed a $190,000 lawsuit against him for unpaid bills on a leased Bentley. Justin’s attorney, Jeffrey Lichtman, called the matter a “mixup,” explaining that the bills were sent to the wrong address and assuring that the balance would be paid soon.
Contrasts with Diddy’s Legal Battles
While Justin’s alleged behavior centers on property damage and financial disputes, his father Diddy is embroiled in far more serious legal battles, including charges of sex trafficking and possession of illegal firearms. Federal prosecutors have accused Diddy of orchestrating drug-fueled parties involving coercion and abuse.
Despite the controversies surrounding him, Justin’s attorney emphasized that his client has not been charged or sued for any crimes related to his reported conduct with rental properties.
Justin has yet to publicly address the allegations.
