Fat Joe and Jadakiss React to Drake’s “What Did I Miss?” — Say Rap Game is Full of Flips

Hip-hop heavyweights Fat Joe and Jadakiss are weighing in on Drake’s latest track, “What Did I Miss?”, and let’s just say—they’ve got thoughts.

On the latest episode of The Joe and Jada Show, the rap veterans broke down the track’s meaning, praised its quality, and dug into the raw honesty behind Drake’s bars about loyalty, betrayal, and the changing tides in the music industry.

Joe confessed he was so impressed by the track that he almost reposted it, but held back to avoid getting caught in whatever beef Drake may have reignited.

“I felt like the new track was really dope,” he said. “I listened to it a couple of times and… you know he’s one number one away from Michael Jackson’s record. I think the soul of Michael Jackson is fighting that shit ‘cause every time [Drake] puts one out, you think it’s gonna take that joint, but it just sit back down.”

Jadakiss chimed in, saying Drake is just getting a real taste of the ruthlessness of the rap game.

“They flip on you, man,” he said. “This game—they flip. Rappers, the game, executives, everybody you could think of… even store owners. That’s part of it.”

Joe echoed the sentiment, clearly baffled at how some of Drake’s closest allies seem to have turned on him.

“All these guys was his mans. They flip. The world definitely changed on them… I didn’t understand that shit,” Joe added.

Fans are already decoding the lyrics and wondering who exactly Drake is taking aim at. One line in particular has stirred up online speculation:

“I saw bro went to Pop Out with them, but been dick-riding gang since ‘Headlines’.”

Many believe that’s a shot at LeBron James, who recently showed up at Kendrick Lamar’s Pop Out concert in L.A., despite being a longtime public supporter of Drake—going all the way back to 2011’s Headlines.

Whether Drake is airing out subtle beefs or just reflecting on his journey, one thing’s clear: the rap game loyalty meter is real shaky, and even icons like Drake aren’t immune to the switch-ups.

Stay tuned—this conversation is just heating up.
