Supermodel and TV icon Heidi Klum is not slowing down any time soon — and she’s totally fine with that.
The 52-year-old fashion powerhouse, who has been the face and force behind Germany’s Next Top Model for nearly two decades and a long-time judge on America’s Got Talent, opened up in a new interview with People magazine about her relentless work ethic and love for the industry.
“I’m a workaholic, control freak,” Klum admitted.
“I’ve been so focused with the shows that I have been doing and making sure that everything that comes out of them looks good. I love what I do.”
Still Crazy About Fashion
Despite her lengthy career in the spotlight, Heidi says her passion for fashion still runs deep.
“My fashion heart still goes [crazy] when I see something fabulous… I’m still amazed at people and their talent,” she gushed.
Embracing Aging with Confidence
Far from fearing the future, the former Project Runway host says she’s looking forward to getting older — grey hairs and all.
“Don’t we all want to get old? I’m already looking at 60 and 70, hopefully 80 and 90. And if we’re still kicking it then, let’s celebrate.”
Fashion Rule Breaker
Heidi also doubled down on her belief that fashion should be fun and fearless, rejecting the idea of rules or trends dictating personal style.
“Everyone should wear what the heck they want to wear,” she said.
“That’s what makes us individually special… I’m still wearing long trains. I don’t care now. I’m going everywhere with a train.”
Back on Project Runway
Having returned to Project Runway, the show she co-hosted from 2004 to 2017, Heidi describes it as a full-circle moment.
“It’s felt like coming home — really like coming home,” she shared.
With no signs of slowing down, Heidi Klum continues to own every runway, stage, and screen she steps onto — proving that being a “control freak” might just be her secret to success.
