H&M Beverly Hills Concept Store Opens, Debuting Pre-Loved in LA

H&M has officially opened its first-ever location in Beverly Hills, introducing a new, elevated concept store to the famed Golden Triangle shopping district. The boutique, which opened on Thursday, November 20, 2025, is situated at 370 North Beverly Drive and spans over 5,000 square feet, offering a distinctly curated selection of the brand’s most elevated womenswear and accessories.

This is no ordinary H&M location. The new concept focuses on creating an experience, featuring elevated interior design that blends Scandinavian minimalism with California’s Art Deco heritage. The store’s product strategy emphasizes a “handpicked curation” of collections, including the recent H&M Studio Holiday line, specifically targeting the fashion-forward consumer.

Crucially, the H&M Beverly Hills Concept Store marks the Los Angeles debut of H&M Pre-Loved, the brand’s permanent, in-store resale shop-in-shop. This sustainable feature is curated in partnership with local vintage icon Wasteland, allowing customers to discover unique, secondhand pieces alongside H&M’s latest designs, strengthening the brand’s commitment to circularity.

H&M’s Chief Creative Officer, Jörgen Andersson, noted the store is designed as a cultural “hub for events and activations.” The opening of the H&M Beverly Hills Concept Store signifies a major investment in the Los Angeles market, positioning the brand not just as a retailer but as a sophisticated blend of fast fashion and sustainable, elevated shopping experiences.
