Nollywood star Iyabo Ojo has expressed her heartfelt gratitude following the successful premiere of her first cinema movie, Labake Olododo, held on Sunday, March 23rd at Imax Cinemas in Lekki, Lagos.
The highly anticipated premiere followed a striking theme of “Channelling Your Inner Warrior”, inspiring celebrities and guests to show up in bold, regal attire. The event drew a star-studded crowd, making it one of the most glamorous movie premieres in recent Nollywood history.
Among the numerous A-list attendees were Ruth Kadiri, Toyin Abraham, Funke Akindele, Odunlade Adekola, Lateef Adedimeji, Wumi Toriola, Ronke Oshodi, Ibrahim Chatta, and Biodun Stephen, among many others. Labake Olododo is set to hit cinemas nationwide on March 28, and it promises to deliver a powerful indigenous story exploring themes of truth, faith, societal norms, and personal redemption.
