Television personality Jeannie Mai has filed legal claims against her ex-husband, rapper Jeezy, accusing him of failing to adhere to the terms of their divorce settlement. According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Mai alleges that Jeezy has not complied with several key provisions of their agreement, finalized in June 2023.
Mai claims Jeezy owes her a substantial amount of money and has not completed several agreed-upon obligations. These include payments for their child’s daycare and tuition, setting up a $500,000 interest-bearing account for their daughter, and transferring titles for two vehicles. Additionally, Mai asserts that Jeezy has not reimbursed her for rent payments covering several months.
Specifically, Mai says Jeezy owes her $4,000 for childcare and tuition and has not provided access to the $500,000 account meant for their child. She also alleges that, despite retaining a 2021 Range Rover and a 2022 Ford Bronco as part of the settlement, Jeezy has not transferred the titles, preventing her from insuring or shipping the Bronco from Atlanta to Los Angeles.
Further complicating matters, Mai states that Jeezy has not paid the $92,417.39 owed for her rent from May through August, as stipulated in their agreement.
Mai’s legal team has reportedly made several attempts to resolve the issue with Jeezy’s representatives, but claims communication ceased in July. She is now seeking court intervention to enforce the settlement, hold Jeezy in contempt, and recover the owed amount plus interest.
