On Thursday, the Peaches singer took to Instagram with a heartfelt reflection on fame, self-worth, and personal struggles.
“People told me my whole life, ‘Wow, Justin, you deserve that.’ And I personally have always felt unworthy, like I was a fraud,” he wrote.
He admitted that his inner struggles with self-judgment often left him feeling undeserving of his success.
“I say all this to say, if you feel sneaky, welcome to the club. I definitely feel unequipped and unqualified most days.”
Fan Concerns Over Bieber’s Health
Bieber’s disheveled public appearances in recent months sparked concern among fans. Many noticed he looked pale and withdrawn, leading to rumors about his health.
His representative denied speculation that Bieber was struggling with drug use, instead revealing that he has been going through a “very transformative” period.
“Justin has had a transformative year, ending several close friendships and business relationships that no longer served him,” the rep told TMZ.
Among the major changes, Bieber cut ties with longtime manager Scooter Braun and unfollowed Drake, Diddy, Usher, Benny Blanco, and even his father-in-law, Stephen Baldwinon social media.

The couple, who welcomed their first child, Jack Blues Bieber, in August 2024, recently celebrated Justin’s 31st birthday at a ranch in Idaho.
