American rapper Lil Baby, whose real name is Dominique Armani Jones, was arrested in Las Vegas on Monday, August 26, for allegedly carrying a concealed weapon without a permit. The 28-year-old rapper was taken into custody at the Clark County Detention Center, with bail set at $5,000.
According to TMZ, Lil Baby’s attorneys, Drew Findling and David Chesnoff, issued a statement on Tuesday, August 27, clarifying that the rapper holds a valid Georgia Carrying a Concealed Weapon (CCW) Permit. They further stated, “We are actively investigating the facts and circumstances surrounding his arrest in Las Vegas on his behalf.”
