Both concepts will debut in Spring 2026 at the heart of the destination, taking over the substantial space formerly occupied by Flannels and Beauty Bazaar Harvey Nichols. Pro:Direct Soccer will open its 6,000 sq ft PD:FC store, offering elite gear and terrace-inspired fashion. This marks a significant physical retail return for the premium online football giant in the UK
The more expansive anchor is Crossbar, occupying 25,000 sq ft across two floors. It promises a state-of-the-art football experience featuring tech-enabled gaming boxes with motion tracking and reactive projection. The venue will also house a bar, casual dining area, and an upper-level restaurant named Club 11.
