light” will definitely get familiar with the names Kate Henshaw and
Basorge Tariah who played leading roles in the sitcom.

to make a comeback to your screen with Africa Magic’s new Pidgin English
sitcom, DoGood. DoGood which will premiere on Monday, July 6,
2015 is an off-shoot of Candle
Light a popular Nigerian drama series in
the 90s that features supposed character DoGood played by Tariah who
came back from a trip abroad to woo his long term lover Emem played by
Kate Henshaw.The Regional Director of M-Net (West Africa), Wangi Mba-Uzoukwu in a statement said, “African
Magic continues lead the way in crating and showcasing the best content
made by Africans for Africans. DoGood is the latest in the line of
exciting contents that continues to appear on our channels. Besides
being a stellar comedy series, DoGood also tell a story of love and
ambition, it also focuses on the struggle of ordinary man. It is a
humourous depiction of real life situation and definitely promises to be
a hit with all lovers of comedy and good television”.The sitcom will also feature appearances from other known comic acts like Yibo Koko and Tony Akposheri.The series will be aired on DStv Africa Magic channel 153.Last week, veteran actor Ramsey Noauh revealed how he has being able to keep his family together for years.
