Rob Kardashian is putting fatherhood first — and romance can wait.
The 38-year-old reality star and entrepreneur has opened up about his private life, revealing that he hasn’t been in a serious relationship since the birth of his daughter Dream, now eight, whom he shares with ex-fiancée Blac Chyna.
Speaking on his sister Khloé Kardashian’s Khloé in Wonderland podcast, Rob explained that his priorities have shifted completely.
“I have a daughter. I’m trying to be a good example,” he said. “I don’t bring girls to the house. I don’t have girls meet my daughter.”
Despite admitting that he talks to people and occasionally dates, Rob was clear that he’s not actively seeking a relationship.
“I’ve been single — she’s eight years old — I’ve been single for eight years since she was born. Of course I’ve dated and stuff, but I’ve never gotten serious or wanted to.”
Rob also confessed that dating feels like “too much energy” and that his focus is on raising Dream.
“I probably should have fun and enjoy my life,” he admitted. “But I just don’t care to be dating somebody, honestly. Unless it just happens. It just hasn’t.”
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians alum, who’s kept a low profile in recent years, also reflected on how fatherhood has changed him.
“It’s definitely made me more grounded,” he said. “I always thought I would have like five children… I couldn’t even imagine handling five. Dream takes all my energy, and I love it.”
He added that parenting is tough, even with a well-behaved child.
“It’s a lot of responsibility… But I’m very lucky. Dream makes it very easy. She’s very smart and she’s a good kid. But it’s still very hard.”
For now, Rob says he’s content being a hands-on dad — and if love comes along naturally, he’ll cross that bridge when it comes.
