Stranger Things Final Season Part 1 is Now Streaming on Netflix

The long wait for the concluding chapter of the global hit series is finally over: Stranger Things Final Season Part 1 is now streaming on Netflix. The first four episodes of the fifth and final season premiered on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, timed just ahead of the US Thanksgiving holiday.

This final season has been broken up into three distinct parts by the Duffer Brothers for maximum impact, with each installment coinciding with a major holiday:

• Part 1 (4 Episodes): Released November 26, 2025

• Part 2 (3 Episodes): Scheduled for Christmas Day, December 25, 2025

• Part 3 (Series Finale): Scheduled for New Year’s Eve, December 31, 2025

The Epic Conclusion Has Begun

The show’s creators, the Duffer Brothers, confirmed that this multi-part release strategy was planned early on. Co-creator Ross Duffer described the first volume as feeling like “its own mega-movie,” building to its own unique climax.

The official synopsis confirms the heroes are united by a single, high-stakes goal: to find and kill Vecna (Jamie Campbell Bower). The series finale, titled “The Rightside Up,” is slated to be an extra-long episode that will also be screened simultaneously in over 350 theaters across the US and Canada for fan events.

The final season is set to resolve all major storylines and mysteries as Hawkins faces its deadliest threat yet.
