Wale Everything Is A Lot Album Drops November 14: Tracklist Revealed

Rapper Wale is officially making his highly anticipated return with the release of his eighth studio album, Everything Is a Lot (EIAL), set to drop on Friday, November 14, 2025. The project will be his first commercial album since 2021’s Folarin II and serves as his official debut under Def Jam Recordings. Fans and critics are eager for the long-awaited record, which the D.C. native has described as deeply introspective and complex.

The album title, Wale Everything Is A Lot, directly addresses the emotional weight the artist has carried over the past four years. In a recent interview, Wale shared that the underlying theme explores “how heavy everything is in the world around me, my personal life, and the industry.” He channeled all of these feelings into the 16-track project, which promises a signature blend of poetic flair and vulnerable, social commentary.

EIAL is set to feature a diverse soundscape, having been primarily recorded in London and Los Angeles. Production credits include notable names like Salaam Remi, Kel-P Vibes, and BNYX, indicating a fusion of soul-infused storytelling with contemporary hip-hop and Afrobeats elements. The album includes the bluesy lead single “Blanco,” which set the reflective tone earlier this year.

The November 14 release of Wale Everything Is A Lot marks a significant new chapter for the veteran rapper, proving his unique longevity in a demanding industry. Wale’s commitment to capturing emotional honesty and vulnerability, as he told Billboard, ensures this new album will solidify his place as one of hip-hop’s most thoughtful and enduring voices.
