TV presenter Will Best has revealed that despite being engaged to fiancée Tobi Rose for over a year, the couple still hasn’t found the time to plan their wedding – and they’re in no rush either.
Will, 40, who proposed to Tobi during a romantic holiday in Tuscany back in July 2024, admitted that their hectic work schedules have taken over. The stylish pair, who’ve been together since 2010 and live in London with their dog Sandwich, are fully focused on their careers — with Will preparing to return as co-host of Big Brother this autumn alongside AJ Odudu.
Speaking in the latest issue of New! magazine, Will joked: “It sounds like such a cliché, but we’re both so busy the thought of organising a wedding just seems… I can’t imagine ever having the time. But we’ll get round to it, for sure.”
Will’s co-host and close friend AJ Odudu recently got engaged herself. She announced her engagement to Peter Gibson on June 23, sharing a sweet Instagram post showing off her sparkling diamond ring and giving fans the first glimpse of her partner. Will couldn’t be happier for her. “I’m so happy for her. She’s living her best life,” he said.
Reflecting on their bond, Will shared how much he values AJ, both professionally and personally. “You couldn’t ask for a better friend than AJ,” he gushed. “She gives great advice, she’s super loyal and such a laugh.”
The duo have been hosting Big Brother together since its 2023 reboot, and later led Celebrity Big Brother in 2024. Their shared love for the show adds an extra spark to their chemistry on screen. “We’re both massive Big Brother fans, so we get to chat about it on the telly,” Will added.
As for standout contestants, Will’s top pick remains Celebrity Big Brother 2024 star Louis Walsh. “He had that brilliant mix of knowing how to give everything in a reality format while also not knowing what the hell was going on at any given moment,” Will laughed. “Other housemates later told me he’d have a big argument, then go, ‘Wow, that was great TV.’ He thought he was producing it!”
While wedding bells might not be ringing just yet for Will and Tobi, it’s clear they’re enjoying the journey — chaos and all.
