BBNaija’s Mayor Frosh Opens Up: Cultism Forced Me to Drop Out of UNILAG

Evicted Big Brother Naija ‘No Loose Guard’ housemate Mayor Frosh has opened up about the chilling reason behind his departure from the University of Lagos (UNILAG). In a revealing interview with Hero Daniels, Frosh shared that his decision to leave UNILAG was driven by intense pressure and bullying from cultists who were trying to force him into their ranks.

Reflecting on the harrowing experience, Frosh recounted, “I was in UNILAG, but there was a cult incident that happened around 2016/2017. Back then, cultism was still a big issue in some schools. I was attacked, my belongings were taken from me. It was a way of trying to get me to join.”

Frosh’s ordeal didn’t just end there. Concerned for his safety, his parents made the difficult decision to withdraw him from UNILAG and enroll him in a private university, where he could continue his education away from the dangers of campus cultism.

This candid revelation sheds light on the serious issue of cultism in Nigerian universities, a problem that has affected countless students across the country. Frosh’s story is a stark reminder of the lengths some students have to go to in order to escape such threats and pursue their education in peace.
